Cheese is a generic term for a diverse group of milk-based food products. Cheese is produced throughout the world in wide-ranging flavors, textures, and forms.

Cheese consists of proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. It is produced by coagulation of the milk protein casein. Typically, the milk is acidified and addition of the enzyme rennet causes coagulation. The solids are separated and pressed into final form.^[1] Some cheeses have molds on the rind or throughout. Most cheeses melt at cooking temperature.

Hundreds of types of cheese are produced. Their styles, textures and flavors depend on the origin of the milk (including the animal's diet), whether they have been pasteurized, the butterfat content, the bacteria and mold, the processing, and aging. Herbs, spices, or wood smoke may be used as flavoring agents. The yellow to red color of many cheeses is from adding annatto.

For a few cheeses, the milk is curdled by adding acids such as vinegar or lemon juice. Most cheeses are acidified to a lesser degree by bacteria, which turn milk sugars into lactic acid, then the addition of rennet completes the curdling. Vegetarian alternatives to rennet are available; most are produced by fermentation of the fungus Mucor miehei, but others have been extracted from various species of the Cynara thistle family.

Cheese is valued for its portability, long life, and high content of fat, protein, calcium, and phosphorus. Cheese is more compact and has a longer shelf life than milk. Cheesemakers near a dairy region may benefit from fresher, lower-priced milk, and lower shipping costs. The long storage life of some cheese, especially if it is encased in a protective rind, allows selling when markets are favorable.

Chelsea Football Club (pronounced /ˈtʃɛlsiː/) are an English professional football club based in West London. Founded in 1905, they play in the Premier League and have spent most of their history in the top tier of English football. Chelsea have been English champions four times, FA Cup winners six times and League Cup winners four times. They have also been successful in Europe, winning the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup twice.^[2]

Chelsea's traditional kit colours are royal blue shirts and shorts with white socks. The club crest has been changed several times in attempts to modernise or re-brand; the current crest, featuring a ceremonial lion holding a staff, is a modified version of one first adopted in the 1950s.^[4] The club has sustained the fifth highest average all-time attendance in English football.^[5] Their average home gate for the 2009–10 season was 41,423, the fifth highest in the Premier League.[

few days ago, as usual, I watched TV in the morning. and u know what? i heard a news that said there is a man in Java,Indonesia who considered himself as a prophet and the most crazy thing is he offers HEAVEN. all we have to do just pay 1.000.000 rupiahs, and he guarrantee you'll have a place in it. what a hot news.

know or not, lately there were many people who act like is prophet and offer heaven in their own way. what happen? do we really want heaven so much? are we sure the heaven really exist? or Heaven just a myth? is GOD exist or there is no GOD?

i dunno what's wrong to me. i just feel that i lost something, and i dunno what it is. why could this happen to me? hhehe... stop it.

started from contemplating, activity i like most, i was thinking why we need each other in our life. are we so fragile? are we so weak? can't we life alone?
we are human, we are strong, we are smart, but why we still need a partner. why? anybody know?
